Questions
The straight answers.
When will my kit ship?
We estimate April 2027. If that date moves, we email you the new date before the old one passes, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Any time before your kit ships, for a full refund. Email support@ivizhindarts.com.
When am I charged?
When you place the pre-order. The Founders price is locked in from that moment.
Which dartboard does it use?
The kit comes with a 15.5" soft-tip board made for it. A version for steel-tip bristle boards is being tested now.
What happens if a dart isn't seen?
The game asks you to tap where it landed. It never guesses without telling you.
Do I need a TV?
You need a screen with HDMI: a TV, a monitor, or a touchscreen. The PC plugs straight in.
Do I need internet?
No. Every game plays offline. Internet is only used to sync record boards and email game reports.
Is there a subscription?
The kit includes a year of every game. After that it's $10 a month or $100 a year.
Can I play before my kit arrives?
Yes. Founders get every game in the app from the day they order. Play on the board you have now and tap in your darts. Your included year of games starts when your kit arrives.
How do Founders help design the next game?
After you order, we email you to ask for your ideas. We build the next game from them and release it in the app in January. Founders are credited in it.
Can I try the games first?
Yes. Preview the app on any phone or tablet and tap in your darts.
How much is shipping?
$35 flat to any US address, added at checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?
Founders Kits ship to US addresses. Email us if you're elsewhere and we'll tell you when we can.
