What the iVizhin Darts app and this website collect, where it goes, and how to delete it.

Last updated 16 October 2026.

iVizhin Darts is made by Farmhouse Getaways LLC, Ramona, California, USA ("we"). This policy covers the iVizhin Darts apps for Android and iPhone/iPad, the web app at app.ivizhindarts.com, and this website. Questions or requests: support@ivizhindarts.com.

The short version

  • No ads. No analytics. No tracking. We never sell your information.
  • Nobody has to sign in to play. A player can be just a name.
  • In the free version, everything stays on your device.
  • Online features (saved records shared across your devices, joining by phone, live scoreboards and emailed reports) send game data to our servers so those features can work.
  • You can delete your data in the app or by emailing us. See how to delete your data.

What we collect

WhatWhyWhere it is kept
Player namesTo show who is playing and keep scoreOn your device. With online features, also on our servers.
Player email address (optional)To keep a player's games on the record boards, to send game reports and PIN reset codes they ask forOn your device. With online features, also on our servers.
Player PIN and board PIN (optional)To stop someone else changing a player or the board settingsStored as a one-way scrambled value, never as the PIN itself
Game records and statsRecord boards, results and historyOn your device. With online features, also on our servers.
Board name and a random board codeTo keep each household's or venue's records separate and let phones join a gameOn your device and our servers
Subscriber account (optional): the email you sign in with, a random account number and the boards it is linked toTo tie a subscription to your household so every board in it is covered. Signing in uses a 6-digit code we email you; there is no passwordOn our servers. Sign-in codes and session keys are stored only in scrambled form. To stop abuse we count code requests per email and per connection, using a scrambled form of your IP address
Email addresses you send a report or backup toTo deliver itSent through our email provider. The app remembers your recent ones on your device until you remove them.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, advertising ID, or payment card details. The app does not ask for those permissions.

Who else handles it

We use a few companies to run the service. They process data only to provide it to us:

  • Netlify hosts the app's server and stores the online records.
  • Supabase relays live scores, including player names, from the board to the phones watching it. It stores nothing.
  • Resend delivers the emails you ask the app to send (game reports, backups, PIN reset codes, sign-in codes).
  • Google Fonts supplies the lettering. Like any website request, your device's IP address reaches Google when the fonts load.
  • OpenAI generates a few fixed announcer sound clips. Only our fixed lines are sent, never your names or data.
  • Anthropic powers the support chat on this website. What you type in the chat is sent to it to answer you.
  • Google Play and the Apple App Store handle app downloads and any purchases under their own privacy policies.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Who can see your games

Everything on a board's record boards (player names, scores and stats) is visible to everyone who uses that board. When online features are on, a phone that scans the board's join or watch code can see the player names on that board and watch live games and recent results. Treat the board's join and watch codes like a house key and share them only with people you want watching.

How long we keep it

Data on your device stays until you remove it or uninstall the app. Online records stay until you delete them. A board keeps its most recent 1,500 games; older ones are removed automatically. Details typed in to join from a phone are deleted within two hours. Pairing and PIN reset codes are deleted once they expire.

Security

Everything the app sends travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Each board has its own secret key, so only that board's tablets can read its records. PINs are stored scrambled, not as typed. Repeated wrong PINs and codes are blocked. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a PIN you do not use anywhere else.

Deleting your data

In the app, open Board settings (the gear): Remove a player to delete that player and their games, Reset this board to wipe every record, on the device and online, or, under Subscription, Delete my account to delete your subscriber account. You can also email support@ivizhindarts.com and we will delete it for you. Full steps: ivizhindarts.com/delete-data.html.

The website

This website has no ads, analytics or tracking cookies. If you send us a game idea, we keep your name, email and idea to reply and to credit you. If you use the support chat, your messages are used to answer you.

Children

iVizhin Darts is made for adults and families playing darts together. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@ivizhindarts.com. We answer within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update it here and change the date at the top.
