Have a game idea?

Tell us how it plays — a basic description, or every last detail. If we release a game with ideas that came directly from you, you get credit and a free iVizhin Darts subscription for as long as that game is in our software.

The terms, in plain words

We keep this process straight forward: submit your idea, and if we like it, we might run with it. Give us a basic description, or be as detailed as you want. If your basic description or detailed idea resonates with us, we will likely have great ideas to fill in any gaps — or we will reach out and ask you some details.

In any case, we are always fair. If we release a game with ideas that came directly from you, we will give you credit and full access to our basic darts software subscription for as long as the game remains active in our software. To release the game on our platform, we legally need to assume rights to your ideas on the terms listed below. It is an easy, fast way to get your ideas built into reality.

  • You give up 100% of your rights to the idea. By sending it you give up any and all rights, title and interest in the idea and in anything built from it, based on it, or resembling it — worldwide and for good — and you agree we owe you nothing for using it.
  • We may already be working on it. Lots of people have the same thought. Sending an idea does not mean we got it from you, and we are free to build something similar whether or not we ever read yours. Don't worry, we'll never cheat you: if your idea was one great piece of a game that we hadn't thought of, we'll still give you the subscription.
  • We are not promising to build it. We read everything, we build what fits, and most ideas will probably not be built.
  • The reward. If we build your game, or a game or game options based on its ideas and likeness, you get a free premium iVizhin Darts account. Whether an idea led to a game or in-game options is 100% our call.
  • Credit. We may name you as the source of the idea in the app or on this site. Tell us if you would rather we did not.
  • It has to be yours to give. Do not send anything that belongs to somebody else, breaks a confidence, or uses someone else's brand or characters.
  • Your email is used to talk to you about your idea and your account. It is not sold or handed to anyone else.
